Watertown NY Chrome Divas 10th Annual TaTa Run
On Saturday, August 26, 2017, the Watertown Chrome Divas held their 10th Annual ‘Ta Ta’ Motorcycle Run for Breast Cancer.  It was a beautiful, sunny 75-degree day in Upstate New York the day of the Ta Ta Run and the Watertown Chrome Divas surpassed the previous 9 years Ta Ta Run numbers with 476 registered riders, and 447 motorcycles, raising $ 15,000 for the 10th Annual ‘Ta Ta’ Run for Breast Cancer.  The money raised is being donated to Gouverneur Breast Cancer Fund and Cancer Services program of Lewis & Jefferson Counties. 

Both organizations assist with the financial needs of individuals in St. Lawrence, Jefferson and Lewis Counties, New York. who are diagnosed with Breast Cancer throughout their diagnosis, recovery and treatment. Payments made to Breast Cancer patients help cover transportation to and from chemotherapy and radiation, co-pays on prescriptions, co-pays on doctor appointments, insurance deductibles, or treatments or drugs that may not be covered by insurance.

Terry Pistolesi from the Gouverneur Breast Cancer Fund presented the Watertown Chrome Divas with a beautiful breast cancer ribbon plaque made of glass in honour of their 10th Annual ‘Ta Ta’ Run during opening ceremonies. 
A check presentation with Gouverneur Breast Cancer Fund and Cancer Services Program will take place on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.
